Registration

Registration is required to be done through the ICRC2011 web site (http://icrc2011.ihep.ac.cn). Once registration is made, a registration number (your ID number) will be given, which will be referred to in later communications.

Early registration is encouraged, for registration please click [ICRC2011]. If for some reason, you can not make your registration through our web site, our fax number is: 86-10-88233374.

   Note: 1. The registration fee listed above is valid only for paying before the conference. For on-site payment, if there are unexpected exchange rate fluctuations, registration fee will be re-calculated on the basis of 4,000 CNY.

Reception and Banquet

A. Reception: All the participants will enjoy a free reception.

B. Banquet:  30.00 EUR/person will be charged  for seat reservation, which will be made at on-site registration. 

 

Ways of payment are as below:

a. Bank transfer

In your bank transfer, you need to refer to the name of the conference, your full name, your ID number (registration number) and the purpose of your payment and please make your money transfer payable to the following account and address:

  •  Please send us a copy of your bank transfer document and keep a copy for your own record.
  • Banks quite often charge a certain percentage during the transfer process, you need to cover the gap by yourself if that happens.

b. Check payment

Checks are accepted and received only before April 30, 2011. Please mail your check with reference to your ID number (registration number) to:

c. On-site payment

   1. Cash 
      We accept cash for on-site payment.

   2. Credit Card
      We also accept credit card payment. (Only Master Card and Visa Card are accepted)

d. Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. If cancellation is received by June 30, 2011, your payment minus RMB 500 for administrative costs will be refunded.

50% refund after July 1, 2011.
No refund after the conference opens.

The conference participation is transferable to another person. Please contact the conference secretariat for new delegate information.
